Blaine Kern's Mardi Gras World - Blaine Kern's Mardi Gras World is New Orleans' showcase of carnival, with thousands of sensational sculptured props and breath-taking giant figures on display all year-round.

Abita Mystery House & UCM Museum - North of New Orleans, minutes from Interstate 12, in the historic town of Abita Springs this roadside attraction features a vintage service station, a 90yr old Louisiana Creole cottage, an exhibition hall of memorabilia, and the much photographed House of Shards.  You'll see incredible handmade animated scenes of Southern life by Louisiana inventor/artist, John Preble.

New Orleans Botanical Garden-City Park - Today, City Park has evolved into the fifth largest urban park in the nation, encompassing 1,500 acres.
